How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule test drives, process financing requests, and improve our website. We may also use your contact details to follow up on an active inquiry or send you information about vehicles you expressed interest in. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies, Analytics, and Consent Mode

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means:

Before you choose: analytics cookies and ad storage are denied by default. No tracking cookies are set on your device.

Third-Party Services We Use

We integrate the following third-party services to operate this site:

Supabase -- our backend database and file storage provider. When you submit an inquiry, financing request, sell request, or contact form, your submission data is stored in our Supabase project. Supabase may process this data on servers outside the Philippines. See supabase.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Turnstile -- a bot-detection challenge service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It is embedded in our contact and inquiry forms to protect against automated spam submissions. Turnstile may collect browser and network signals for bot detection purposes. No personally identifiable information is retained by Cloudflare for Turnstile challenges. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager -- analytics and tag management services provided by Google LLC. As described in the section above, cookies are set only after you consent via our banner. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts -- used to load the Archivo typeface from Google's servers. Your browser may send your IP address to Google when fetching font files. No cookies are set by Google Fonts. See Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with trusted financing partners or lenders when you submit a financing inquiry, solely to help process your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our business and customers.

International Data Processing

Some of the third-party providers listed above -- including Supabase, Google, and Cloudflare -- store or process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where international transfers occur, we rely on contractual safeguards and the data protection standards of those providers to keep your information protected in line with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data is typically retained for a reasonable period after a transaction is completed or an inquiry is resolved, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights regarding your personal information held by REV BY DRS:
